I like to think of making photographs of people as a collaboration. Without the subject, there would be no photograph, the same goes for the photographer. Ansel Adams said, "We must remember that a photograph can hold just as much as we put into it, and no one has ever approached the full possibilities of the medium". I have tried to keep that in mind and fully believe it as the truth. Many of Ansel’s best photographs are works of art as great as the finest paintings. My goal is to celebrate life and love through the art of creating a photograph together.
